I have leveled a mage to lvl 5 and every spell I learn that is Tier 2 or 3 doesn't appear after I chose it while leveling up. That makes the mage useless since you can just cast cantrips and Tier 1 Spells. Also, I created more mages and started new campaigns to test and NO NEW SPELLS can be added, just the ones you choose while creating the character and the next 3 cantrips you can pick. After that, any spell you learn wont appear for me to use
Did you remember to prepare the spells when taking a Long Rest? Wizards (as well as Clerics and Paladins) have to manually change their prepared spells.
Typos happen. More so on the phone.
In the spells UI, the 3rd level spells are hard to see: you need to "scroll" sideways to the right to see them. I mean, no joke, I often do not see them at all and wonder even though I have played this before.

I figured the problem was not having a spellbook equiped. It seems I sold it in several ocasions for some reason and I did mistake it for a Bug because if you don't have a spellbook on your mage, he doesn't have where to "write" the new spells, according to the description of the item. My bad and thank you for the advice!
If any mod could close this ticket it would be nice. My bad!
