I found loading time, either to launch game or reload i a save are very long.
Could it be enhanced?

Alph, Early Access releases are often not optimized yet as that's much better done when the game is finished. Hopefully the developers will improve load times later, or maybe SSDs will get even faster :)
BTW, it'd be nice to have Loading Progress indicators (e.g. thermometer bar), just so we know the game hasn't frozen.
