Hi, i was creating characters and leveling them up in the menu just to test some builds. I noticed that if you pick lock breaker and you have thieves tools already, it does NOT give you double proficiency.
If anybody knows about this, is this just a bug in the main menu leveling, or does it also happen if you level in game?
