Ledge Wall clipping and Feather Fall Reaction Bugs?

Take a look at the video I highlighted from my stream. 

There are two things here that I feel like should not have happened:

1 - The ledge walls to me appear to be too high for the character to have been shoved over it. - Possibly due to this known issue, "Attacks sometimes pass through stone assets due to missing collision"?

2 - The Feather Fall reaction - which in the details in the upper right says was cast on the falling character successfully - should have prevented the character from falling to his death.
