Finished all the DLC except for this one achievement. I'm assuming it's supposed to unlock when you mention the three comments regarding the bandits, soraks and bad maintenance to get Gilmar elected as the head of the Central clan.
Is it bugged on xbox? or am I missing something. Explored and talked to everyone thoroughly and read all books. So I'm at a loss as to why it's not unlocking.
