I was playing at lvl 4, encountered mix bandits and highwaymen. I used charm person on 2 of them to make it really easy. None of my 4 characters had any health issues (all in the green). I was expecting an easy fight when the charmed enemy killed the last non-charmed enemy... and suddenly the game was over. I was playing Iron Man (cataclysm) and this was a real, REAL bummer. Half a day of playing down the drain.
I assume this had something to do with charm person, but dont see why. If so, why would anyone ever use it if it means instant game over? When could you "safely" use charm person then?

A post on reddit reports this happening with Dominate Person
This happens repeatedly for me. if a charmed enemy kills the last uncharmed enemy, its game over. I will have to swap out this spell next chance as it's frustrating.
