Hey is my game bugged or has the area for changing equipped weapons been moved?

Your image didn't come through but it wasn't moved I don't think. I had what I think is the same problem. Relaunching the game fixed it for me.

I run in 16:10 resolution and notice when I create a new character and edit starting equipment the lines don't line up and everything is offset slightly.

For me the section I circled in red from the below image link was simply gone and trying to interact with that area did nothing.
