I guess the atribute increase given by feats arent working.

I reloaded the game after leveling up, and saw the changes reflected afterward. See if you can give that a shot. Not ideal, but that way you'll get your increases as you continue your game.

Same for Sylvan Archer, doesn't give +1 to dexterity.
