Hey, so, I was exploring the dungeon that you go after the lava forest, just fought the elementals on the chest room, and I approached the green dragon stealthly because I didn't know he was there. Then the cutscene, and when the game came back I was still on cautious mode, so I decided to cast scorching ray with my wizard to get a surprise round, dealt 14 damage and won the battle? I don't what exacly caused the bug, but one hit and the dragon was dead.
it is always a one hit wonder - first shot and i barely touched it and it died - astral projection mirror image...?
I managed to blind him because he wasn't tagged as legendary on the first turn, then one shot him with a hammer blow on the second turn
I was wondering about this too. I figured it was an illusion or something, but the characters didn't comments on how easy the fight was, so I'm left confused on if it was suppose to be that easy. I was really excited to fight a dragon too. It doesn't seem to show up in the bestiary either.
1-hit kill with me too. I didn't know whether to be relieved or disappointed, because I expected that battle to be REALLY hard. I looked through all 4 of my Inventories as soon as the battle started, to refresh my memory on all the possible things I could do during the fight, then a single hammer smash and it was dead.
I'm also unsure whether it was intended or a bug.
Did you get his gem? Because I passed him invisible and fell into a maze. After many fights, I found him again in a really epic battle, worthy of a dragon, but I don't know if it's a bug, I just didn't get the gem at the end of the fight.

There is a conversation among the characters, saved in an adventure log update called "Too Easy" that reflects the surprisingly simple victor you achieve. I agree that could be conveyed more strongly.
