So I'm exploring the Wizard Tower, and I decide to Misty Step into the "off limits" lab. This starts a battle with the ghosts in the area. I beat the ghosts easily enough, and suddenly I find myself in a cutscene with a dragon with not much context. Even my PC seems to be confused by this, ironically. But when I assume I'm suppose to get dialogue options, the game just kind hangs there, with my PCs standing there staring up at the dragon, and me not able to do anything. Luckily I saved not long ago, so I just reloaded a save.

Same issue here.
You've to forget the lab until you'll meet the dragon & then you'll be able to explore the lab safer.
The bug will be corrected later I suppose.
Hi, same problem here. You're saying to skip the Lab? I assumed you needed to go in the lab in order to advance in the game.
No, skip the lab, that fight bugs the game. You don't need to go in the lab, there is a door at the end of the hall, opened via a hidden switch.
