Game freezes during Saves (extreme Lag)

Everytime the game creates an Autosave or if I do save manualy the game freezes for about 10 to 30 seconds. When I move the mouse during this Windows10-Message pops up and tells me the App hangs, but then the game coninues working.

It's a strange behavior cause game and save are on SSD.

Same for me on Autosave or manual save. Always comes back to working, but the hang does break the "flow" a little bit.

Some more information incase it's useful:
Windows 10 20H2

Installed to nvme SSD, from Xbox Game Pass.

Game location + process excluded in Malwarebytes + Windows Defender.

i7 10700K, 64GB RAM, RTX 2070 4GB. No overclocks.

No more freeze for me since last update.

I'm still having this issue.
