forms still asking for backer code

The discord server is showing me as being a backer, and used the login with discord option for the forums. Yet its still asking for the backer code, and i don't have the border around the profile picture. Is there another place i can look to find that code? I understand it should have gone through automatically with the survey, and it did for discord, but something happened with the forms it looks like.
