In some maps, there are obstacles that fly spell won't pass for some reason. The two main examples are long jumps which my 21 str pala can make but the fly spell can't reach for some reason, and crawl spaces which the fly spell refuses to go through.
This is actually two bugs.
The first is that Fly is somehow worse at passing jump than just 21 strength and proff at Athletics.
The second is that Fly spell doesn't identify when a character's normal move speed (Which it still has, per the standard use of the spell) would be superior to just flying, such as with crawling.
The map where this happens to me the most, for testing purposes, is the ancient library at the tower in Caer Lem Outpost where my flying paladin can't make it past most of the gaps but can jump them once I undo the spell

How do you "click" fly off? I used short-rests so far to make it run out.
