I am a stuck with Honor Your Masters. I have gotten the Fly spell, twice now, and scribe it to my wizards spell book. It uses the spell scroll and does the rest, but when I go to prepare spells after a long rest, it isn't there. I have been able to successfully scribe other spells to her spellbook so its something specific with the spell Fly.

It is possible to fail to scribe scrolls as there is a skill check associated; the scroll is still destroyed if you fail. I believe there's a difficulty modifier that will make you auto succeed if you wish, but I'm not in game to verify.
If you successfully scribed it, then I'm unsure. What level is your wizard?
