Feature Request: Randomize appearance during character creation

There are buttons for generating (semi-) random first and last names but can we have a similar feature for appearances? Ideally, there would be a "Random" button next to each category, like Face, Hair Color, etc, and one for "All" plus a "Lock" checkbox next to each category so you can exclude it from the randomize "All" function.
