Is this intended or a bug? Since Heavy Crossbow has the "Loading" tag which should prevent it from shooting 2 times?

It's a feature they haven't gotten around to fixing. given how anal the programming regarding somatic components is, I just think they haven't been able to implement a proper fix yet, and that's one of the reasons why no magical crossbows are available in game.

Ahh no wonder I am not able to find a single magical crossbow yet in game.
Hope they fix this (extra attack with crossbow "bug") soon as it makes the "Loading" tag kinda pointless now.
Yeah, the 'Loading' tag isn't much of a drawback as of right now.
