I'm assuming this is the right spot for this, me and my friend keep getting this error. We both have all dlc, which shouldn't matter from what i understand, we both have removed and reinstalled to be completely mod free, we have remade our characters to remove any modded feats or such, and yet we cannot at all join each other without this error message and getting kicked to the main menu.
Am I doing something wrong? Have I messed something up? I'm very confused and I can't seem to fix it.
I don't want to seem impatient, but I would really like some help please, we can't play co-op at all with this issue.
Sorry James, usually this problem pops either when your internet has problem or there is an issue with the Google servers. Although we're not seeing a lot of people getting that issue, you're not the only one and we're investigating to hopefully get that fixed before April 14th!

So, I hate to give bad news, but I just tried multiplayer again with the same friend, and had the exact same pop up and issue. Was any info about this every found? We really would like to play co-op together.

The release/patch notes say :
- If you get the following error message when trying to start a Multiplayer Campaign "Error loading: Could not recover the necessary multiplayer information from other players", make sure to check your computer's clock time. If it's not synchronized properly with real time the security token generated may be invalid, thus locking you out of playing online.

Has there been a confirmed fix for this issue. I tried playing with a friend last night, both on Steam, and we couldn't get multiplayer to work. We both had our clocks synched, but it still kept giving us the error.
