My girlfriend really, really wants the game to have things like fish in ponds/streams, birds in trees, etc. Not for interaction, but for the aesthetic/immersion aspects. Also, in her specific words, "Could they be cute though? Really cute."
I think it's a great suggestion and wanted to pass it on.

If they have the time, I would love to see more effects in the environment that shows living things that aren't trying to kill us, so +1 from me. It's definitely one of those graphic details that helps with immersion.
Typos happen. More so on the phone.
