On Xbox there is no way to end concentration on a spell without casting a different concentration spell. With a mouse and keyboard I know you can simply click the symbol on your character portrait but there is currently no way to select that button using a controller. This and other problems could be easily fixed by allowing the tooltip cursor accessed with RS/R3 to select things rather than merely hover.

Update: You CAN end concentration, the option is just hidden in the quick equip menu (up on the dpad while in combat)
