The Dwarven Bread reward item says it should be equipped in your utility slot, but it cannot be equipped in any slot.

Yes I noticed this too... Could be the same issue as I have with the Tome of Understanding, which if clicked also seems like it should be equiped, but can not be equiped in any slot!
