during combat, dragging a weapon to the currently active configuration does not update UI tooltip

Dragged this heavy crossbow to the currently selected config (Lightbringer Greatsword) and got this (see image.)

The attack used the crossbow.   Note: It let me use the heavy crossbow for two attacks, but that isn't part of this bug report.
