I was wondering if there were any plans to add Circle of the Moon as a Druid subclass. Thank you!

Circle of the Moon isn't part of the System Reference Document, AKA the free baseline released for 5th Edition. Using it would require a liscence from Wizards of the Coast or they'd be sued. So we probably won't see it in the game, but we might get another Druid that focuses on Wild Shape.
