drop-down inventory menu mixing with loot menu

When my inventory becomes a drop-down list due to the number of items and I try to loot ennemies, the item I take when I click an ennemy's object is one from my inventory and not the ennemy's when my own list is not fully down. As if my inventory was in front of the ennemy's inventory.

Sorry if it's not clear, English is not my first language.

I've experienced the same thing. When that happens I have to use the loot all button.

I'll validate that.  I've also found that if I scroll my inventory all the way to the bottom so the last line is visible I can grab the loot items normally and drop it in my inventory.  Seems like a layering issue.

Note: If the bottom row if full (and not gaps for me to drop in) I can't drop the item into inventory, I have to use the loot all button.    It also might be related to having gaps further up in the inventory (off screen) preventing the creation of a new row in the inventory.

Swords are better than bows, they never run out of ammunition.

Yep came here to post the same. When a character inventory becomes long enough to overlap the looting screen, when you drag and hold a piece of loot, it actually selects the item from the inventory menu 'behind' the loot menu, making it almost impossible to select what you actually want to select. You can do it but it needs a few tries usually and is frustrating, it becomes faster to loot all then re-dump what you don't want.

I have the same observation. It would be nice if you could just double click the items you want to loot, I mean put into your inventory, or drag and drop them into other chracters bags without taking an item that's already in your inventory from 'behind' the item you try to grab
