DLCs, expansions, continuation?

I have just finished the game and I already crave more! I have started the game right away with another party, but what I'm most curious about is if there is any info about future plans for DLCs, expansions or Solasta 2 where we can import our charecters and continue adventuring?

All we really know is that they're making the Sorcerer DLC now. Honestly, the thief class has been enough of a let down for me that I'm seriously considering waiting for that DLC to come out and using a Pally, Cleric, Greenmage, and Sorcerer to get through the game.

Give one of them lowlife and that lockbreaker feat and I'm pretty much set. Given the setup it just takes a little too much existing knowledge to make an effective thief IMO.

Not sure what you mean. The mechanics are just as obscured as any other class. A quick click of "At Higher Levels" will show you everything that you would need to know mechanically about it. Rogues get sneak attack which doesn't require any class resources (spell slots) to use. Rogues also get a tonne of extra skills and can get expertise (double proficiency) as a baked in feature. Lowlife + lockbreaker are good enough in a pinch, but a rogue will typically be a better choice.

Shadowcasters with the shield spell can essentially become a tank. They also get spells to reliably inflict debuffs for advantage + sneak attack. And they get a misty step feature to boot.

Darkweavers gain easy extra ranged damage from attacking higher up. Later, they gain extra damage from an automatically applied poison that also stacks with normal poisons.

Thieves are admittedly underwhelming. However, being able to apply poisons as a bonus action is a pretty easy way to consistently increase your damage output on top of sneak attack.
