Here are to screenshots, of Hugo Requer and Gorim Ironsoot's wares.
In Hugo's shop, one cannot buy Potion of Healing items, because the status is too low ("Sympathy"). But it's allowed in Gorim's shop for the same item, which belongs to the same faction.
As you can see, the level is +30:
Are there other factors that explain this behaviour?
Errr sorry but the screenshots ain't working. Can you try putting them on imgur or something?
I know, I've taken time to take them and all that, but as I mentioned before, there are issues with these "forums".
I don't have them anymore, but hopefully the text alone will do :-)
Or maybe it's possible to retrieve them, for example one of the images has this HTML tag:

I suppose it's stored somewhere but the URL is malformed?
