Disappearing Potions

Version 1.3.47 - Public, plus all DLCs.

Playing the Lost Valley.

I had two characters with identified potions of cloud giant strength. One had one, one had two.

The one who had two picked up an unidentified potion of giant strength from a combat drop. It stacked with the two cloud giant potions in inventory, turned them into the same type as the potion the character picked up, and completely removed the one from the other player. I had to go back to a prior save to verify this it was so bizarre.

I seem to remember another thread about inventory items vanishing, but I can't find it right now, so I am posting this separately.

Yes, I am using mods, but none of them should affect potions.
