Desapiared spells from Wizard

Can't chose any spells for Wizard higher 2nd grade, because they don't appear after level up. Could you advise me smth helpful to solve problem?) My wizard has already got 5 lvl, but when I managed my spells during "prepare spells" stage, I had only 1 st grade spells

When raising a level, try scrolling the list of spells to the right.

unfortunately it doesn't help))) in place where have to be spells 2nd 3rd grade I have only nothing (noone pictograms of spell). But system shows me amount of spells of each grade.

I can't add screenshots it could do my explanation more clear
