[D]Bug: Tooltips in inventory not triggering properly

1. Open inventory
2. Have many items in the inventory, that fill more slots than shown, so you need to scroll to see all.
3. Grab the scroll bar, and drag it all the way down VERY fast. (Yank it down, like a flip)

-> Notice that tooltips of the icons that came into view after the fast scrolling do not trigger their tooltip. Icons that were already in view before the scrolling, and just moved up, but stayed in view, still trigger their tooltip correctly.

PS: You can also do the bug by using the mousewheel really fast.
