Damage rolls not calculating correctly?

When I hit the enemy, my roll is 1d6+6, yet the damage dealt was just plain 6, when it should have been 12 (see attached).

Is this happening to anyone else? Am I dumb and this is normal?

Skeletons have resistance to piercing damage. Resistance means half damage. No bugs here :)

They don't have resistance to Piercing, they have Vulnerability to Bludgeoning.

Its says Damage Vulnerabilities Bludgeoning right under the stat block on Roll 20. Same as here: Nothing about piercing.

It's a "Skeletal Sorcerer", not a "Skeleton". Clearly it's TA's homebrew creature with its own stats, resistances, etc. You see, is can cast spells, that alone should get you a hint. Also it has 32 max HP, which is beyond 2d8+4.

Yes, I guess what I meant was, these skeletons seem to have resistance to piercing, since they are clearly taking half damage. Or it's possible that they resist non-magical damage. I did look up Wights in the SRD and they have several resistances, including all non-magical physical damage types, so it's probably safe to say these sorcerers are similar.

Point is, there is a perfectly normal game mechanic in SRD 5.1 that causes half damage, so that's very likely what's going on here, and not some kind of bug.
