Do Rogues get cunning action-hide? My rogue only has dash and disengage for their bonus action, no hide.
Also, dropping a rock on someone should count as a surprise attack. Just saying.
If I remember correct my rogue got it as active panel element after level up and it should not be dependant from mastery specialisation.

Yes, most likely at level 3. When you level up your character you can look at bonuses you will get at higher levels.
Hiding in combat is not yet implemented, I assume rogues will get the bonus hide when everyone gets the full action hide.
Yeah, mixed up cunning action-hide with just cunning action.
