Issue - When starting this encounter, the titular enemy rolls for initiative and then nothing else happens. Skeletal minions do not roll, players have already rolled.
Configuration - A stealthed party ,with two characters discovered while the other two remain hidden. If it helps, one character (Island Halfling) also has Dark Vision via spell casting.
