Crafting Magic Items / Item List (Minor Spoilers)

Moving this thread to the top of the list so I can find it again easier in 2 weeks when the full game is released.

If anyone else has some crafting items to add they would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know where you can find a primed long sword? Nobody seems to sell them.

I am level 9 and no primed longswords, and the only magic longsword I have found is +1. Very surprising to be using +1 weapons still at this late stage. 2 of my heroes are using +1 melee weapons and +0 heavy xbows because I haven't found any better 1-h str melee weapons or magical ranged weapons.

I know there's a +3 hammer somewhere. Can't remember if it was bought or crafted. If bought it would have been from the Dananthar merchant or the one in the inn. Also crafted a greatsword that does up to 8 I think radiant damage, but still +1 otherwise.

Unfortunately I am still trying to figure out how to craft a magic item does it require a recipe like potions and poisons, or is there some other step I am missing?

You will loot crafting recipes on your adventures. Right-click and Read them to add them to your crafting interface,

Tip: In the crafting interface, when you actually have all the ingredients for an item, you can click on it and hover over the item image in the top-right to get the actual item tooltip to figure out what it does before actually crafting it. Too bad you can't have this information BEFORE you gather the ingredients.

If your item has "Remarkable x" or "Magnificent x" in the name, it just means it's unidentified. Identify it to get the actual name, which is usual a simple "x +1".

my german table of crafting weapons as of 1.0.15/1.0.17

I tried to translate but dont know the gamespecific english texts so stats, ingridients and crafted weapons are not translated from german (btw I hate html coding tables)

some rows are double because first half of table are found recipes, second half are buyable recipes

They do not sell Primed Longswords for whatever reason. Making me think the game is bugged.

I've found a primed longsword at least once. In the Manacalon tower, where you go during the Academic background quest. I believe it was on the armour stand.

Not sure if it's a guaranteed or random loot though.

Yes, you need:

• Craft recipe. Found throughout the game, and once you got the Crown, in the same location there will be a merchant at the excavation camp that sells them. Trades off Masgard's reputation;
• Primed weapon. Found, also sold by Arcaneum dealer;
• Ingredient (at least 1 per recipe, never seen any others so far). Mostly found and received as secondary quests' rewards; a handful of them sold by Antiquarians' dealer, notably the Blood Ruby;
• Manacalon Rosary, a crafting kit of sorts. Sold by general merchant in the city, and I believe I've found it at least once.

Also doesn't hurt to have:

• Proficiency in Manacalon rosary. AFAIK only comes with Academic background;
• Proficiency in Arcana. This is probably the most important crafting skill in the game.

That must have been before the last patch I got my 3rd Primed Short Sword.
