Constant crashing during dungeon tutorial

Apologies if a similar thread as this already exists. I am having major issues with running this game as it keeps crashing during the initial tutorial.

As soon as I start moving in the dungeon area, the game crashes to desktop. This has happened multiple times now.

I have checked the game cache on steam, updated graphics drivers and ran the game as an administrator (which I saw suggested elsewhere). I have also reduced the graphics settings at suggested even though my computer is more than capable of running the game.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, how did you solve it? I'm desperate to actually play the game!
