Cone of Cold

I just used cone of cold for the first time and it killed a creature.

Disappointed there was not an ice statue of the corpse left.  Just the normal creature death.

The spell reads "A creature killed by this spell becomes a frozen statue until it thaws."

If not a bug please add to the wish list!
