In the "Escape from the Caves" segment of the initial trip to Caer Lem, it is possible to find a Silent Whisper Parchment. On right-click, "Read" is disabled, with the tooltip "No-one in your party is proficient with this language". I have a Loremaster Wizard and cast ritually Comprehend Languages - which should allow me to read any language. The Silent Whisper Parchment remains unreadable.
