During the conversation with the dragon (I forget her name), she says Razan escaped, and asks the player to clear out the grounds of him and his minions. How do you do this? They appear to keep refreshing daily. Does Razan reappear if you kill all his Broods at one time?
Update: I killed all the Broods, searched the whole map, couldn't find Razan. I took a rest and they all respawned.
Oh, easily farmable XP. Too bad they don't drop anything.
Have you tried lighting all of the torches inside the buildings and clearing all the blockages from the windows? Given their hatred of light, that might be the solution.
I think they are currently setup that way so we can reach level 8. I had to clear twice before I dinged level 8 but I guess that also depends upon how many random encounters you get.
If you attack during the day (I also cleared all the brush), they take sunlight damage and have disadvantage on attacks even when inside. Not sure if that's a bug or not.
Also if you head down the tower again, the dragon room is blocked off and you can still see Razan's icon there.
Yeah, I was able to clear them all out without too much difficulty, thanks to the sunlight damage indoors and the general glitchiness of those buildings regarding sightlines. I'm guessing that part hasn't yet been fully implemented.

Right. The ruined building to the right of the main building has a sarcophagus. Looting that spawns Razan, another defiler, & a bunch of broods.

This works properly in the official V1 release. It was not working properly in EA. Problem has now been solved.
