Circle of Land druid doesn't get lvl 4 cantrip

game version 1.3.55 public, no mods currently installed.

Create a druid, use the Level Up button in Character list to get to level 2, select Circle of Land subclass. Use Level Up to level to 3rd level. Use Level Up to level to 4th level. There is no option to select a cantrip after the ASI/Feat selection. Repeating the process with the other Circles results in being able to pick a cantrip at level 4. The end result is that the Level 2 bonus cantrip feature of Circle of the Land is actually a "select 3rd known cantrip two levels early."
