Chill touch has the incorrect effect duration

The on-hit effect of chill touch in the game appears to last a different duration than the tabletop version; it seems to currently expire at some point during the target's next turn, but it's supposed to last until the end of the caster's next turn. Tried to use it to shut down things like regeneration or self-healing but when it gets to the hit target's turn it falls off and they're able to heal themselves :-(
