Is this another unobtainable treasure chest? I tried the Jump spell from every angle, Fly potions. I didn't have Misty Step at that time, but is that the only way to retrieve this chest? If so, then why tease us with a interactable bridge on the other side?

Misty Step worked. I personally think that is really stupid. Misty step is only supposed to go 6 squares, and you can jump much further than that buffed up.

You can shoot down the pillar, and then cross over to it, and it allowed my ranger (with athletics) to jump across the gap,

Any idea what the rubble in the same area is / how to interact with it? It highlights, but I was unable to interact or attack it.

It is used in a side/background quest from the quest board later on.
