Character died after Aid wore off and won'tlet me revive

In the bone keep after fighting the vampire, most of party is drained went to do a long rest but character kept dying after the clerics aid wore off with no chance to revive or stabalize.  I even waited outside of rest and the character immediately died.  I have the crown and 3 revive scrolls, but it does not revive the character and I have to quit or load from my last save.
