When casting channel divinity heal, where you heal a certain hitpoints that are equal to 5x your paladin level, you party members do no heal

Paladin's heal to 5x your paladin level is not a Channel Divinity, it's another feature of this class. And for me Paladin's heal worked fine.
Do you have a screenshot, at least with a log entry (top right of the screen)?

Lay on Hands is the ability. It's 5 times your Paladin level for one target.

Are we talking about the Life Domain Channel Divinity heal or Paladin Lay on Hands? Those are different things.
