I have finished the Palace of Ice DLC but I am stuck in an endless loading screen when going into the final cutscene. I play on the Xbox but I also downloaded the game on my arguably pretty old PC and tried to load it with the graphics settings at their minimum and still have had no luck. I've tried a number of things in the game, different save points or choices, and replayed the last fight. I've also reset everything that I can, changed any applicable settings and even reinstalled the game to no avail.
I don't know if this is an issue on my end or a bug anyone else has experienced, but there is one last achievement I can't get because of this. I don't know what else to try except going back further or restarting altogether, which would be really frustrating if it still didn't work.
Also, I don't know if it is connected or if this was intentional, but in the last area I wasn't able to take a short rest or spend time scribing spells either, I would get stuck in another infinite loading screen and have to restart the game.

You can find them in the folder C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\Tactical Adventures\Solasta
It would help us identify if anything might have occurred specifically in your run that might cause this issue.

Thank you for responding, I apologize that it took me so long to reply as I was away from my computer all week.
I am having trouble finding the save file, as I am not finding the specific folder you mentioned. I may be running into the issue because on my PC I downloaded it through game pass and I cannot find the saves in my files for solasta or in the appdata folder.
No worries! It is unfortunately the first time that I hear the Appdata not containing the save folder in LocalLow\Tactical Adventures\Solasta , even for users on Microsoft Store... To be sure, do you have the "hidden files" option set as visible ? Also, in the meanwhile, here are a list of operation that may hopefully help you if you have a corrupted file:

Since you mention you have a pretty old setup, I recommend that you start with a driver update for your graphic card in case they are not up to date, as it had some impact for other users.
