I can't find Halman Summer's house anywhere in the city and I have looked everywhere. If its not a bug I'm going to feel bad. Has anyone found it and if so could they help me? Its not on my map and I can't find anything like a house near the circle of Danatar's area in the courtyard. I was guessing it was up the flight of stairs but they're not accessible. I've reloaded an older save and retriggered the quest but perhaps I need to go further back (although I'd rather not). Any help would be great. Thanks!
Try and go to the tower of knowledge / lane's end. The scene will trigger when you are near the barricades.

I remember this passage; I also had trouble finding the house; maybe we should ask Tactical Adventure for a little quest correction?
