I didn't think to turn the bridge back towards the entrance so I cannot get back to the library. Any work arounds? Fly doesn't work. Even with the flying person it says no path...
The bridge usually resets when you leave the area and come back. At least it has in my experience.
Have the same issue currently, seems as iff the bridge will be only reset after accepting a quest related to it? if you messed up your quest goal and exited the dungeon without completion it will not reset again. and you can´t enter it backwards.

It doesn't seems to reset, but that's not too much of a problem since you're in the wrong place. To solve this quest you need to go to the Tirmarian tower (the sideway tower, same as in "Honor your master" quest) at the very end, after defeating a bunch of skeleton warrior, look along the right side wall in "cautious mode" to discover a secret stash.
