I tried to change the language from German to English in the in game menu. Then I confirmed and restarted the game (5 times).

All that changed was the disclaimer, rest stayed as it was.

Just downloaded the 1 GB update but this bug still persists - I cant change the game language to English.

Its also not listed in the "known issues" overview.
