Cant access save files, solasta - unity 2019.4.37f1_019e31cfdb15 - Multiplayer too

Hello, I've been enjoying the game for about 30 hours now playing multiplayer with a friend. 
We keep getting three days and we simply cannot play.
"solasta - unity 2019.4.37f1_019e31cfdb15"

Tried all the fixes I could find. 
1. Verified Steam integrity
2.  Reinstalled the game
3. Turned off anti-virus. 
4. Unplugged the second monitor 
5. Tried older saves

Nothing seems to work. I am sad that your game is great, but multiplayer.. No...

Try to help me, pls do not ask me to repeat the steps I did twice over.

Sorry to hear that you are having such troubles.


I see you already tried multiple steps to try and fix this issue, there is a thread having additional steps that might help you providing different steps that worked for other user encountering issues potentially similar to yours:

For the anti-virus, please note that only turning it off is not enough, the game must be uninstalled / re-installed while it is turned off (if you have the missing audio dll issue).


Also, could you confirm on which platform you are playing and when does the crash occurs ? (GOG, MS Store, Steam, Xbox, ... / crash Directly when starting, when loading a save, only in multiplayer, ...)


If none of that works, could you please send us your Player Log at contact@tactical-adventures.com ?

You can find this file in C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\Tactical Adventures\Solasta

(To be safe, you can send us your "Logs" folder if there is anything as well as the Player.txt and Player-prev.txt)

is there any update ? Game doesnt load on either my mac or pc system due to this unity issue

on pc game crashes when started.

message: Solasta - Unity 2019.4.37f1_019e31cfdb15 appears with a red explanation mark before crashing.

Tried all of the above to fix and have even gone to the extent of wiping my drive reloading windows 10, all new drivers and switch off any antiviral /firewall but keep getting same response.

Incredible frustrating and absolutely no idea how to fix it. Getting to the stage where I'm going to request a refund from steam, as currently this is unplayable

Unfortunately, we are still unable to find reliable steps to reproduce the issue on our side and therefore propose a fix. 


If possible, just after the title crashes, could you please send us your Player Log at contact@tactical-adventures.com ? It would help us  decipher what might have happened / which component causes the crash on your setups.

Also, could you confirm that you are playing on Steam / deactivated the cloud save before trying the steps in the thread ? (Otherwise the re-installation / deletion of files will not take place as Steam will revert all parameters).
