Cannot throw 2 javelins

It looks like the worst of the javelin bugs are fixed, but it's not 100% yet.

* You cannot click on a target to throw at them, even when the target is not reachable for a melee attack. You have to use the attack command.

* You cannot throw more than one javelin in a round even if you have multiple attacks and multiple javelins available.
