I'm just starting out in this game, so forgive me if I'm missing something obvious.
I just finished talking to the Scavengers and received the secondary quest about Caer Lem.
But, I don't seem to have a primary quest, and the guards at the bridge are still standing in front of it, and the bridge is glowing blue, not green, so I am unable to leave the starting location to go to Caer Lem.
BTW I reloaded from the "level up" autosave and it didn't recur.
For those who may still wonder: Work around is to reload a previous save, and make sure you buy rations from Gorrim BEFORE you talk to Annie (the scavenger)
I confirm this is not possible to exit Caer Lyflen if these rations are not bought from Gorrim before the interaction with Annie. I didn't see that in the known issues.
The bridge is always blue, it's not the colour but the fact the guards are blocking the path.
