The Caer Lem Traveling Merchant sells Ration packs only in quantity of 20. Each pack of 20 rations cost 40 gold.
When you purchase, it shows the qty. 20 ration pack for 40 gold and subtracts gold. However, upon purchase, it only loads quantity 5 ration packs to character inventory.
