Caer Lem Outpost Cave rotating bridge bug/problem

same as the title.. went through the cave again(2nd time) to get some loot I missed and after that I got the lvl 4 quest to go through it again(3rd Time). Well the bridge is facing the other way with no mechanism to turn it back. Came back again (4th Time) at lvl 6 with a fly spell and there isn't any grid layers to fly over the gap. Cant even jump it with 16Str + "Jump"

same for me, blocking the way to the ?goblinhairmushroom? (german "Goblinhaarpilz") which is now unreachable (in 1.0.15)
